A Global Platform for Rare Collaborations
Fostering transdisciplinary and international collaboration blurs the boundaries between industries and nations. It allows insights to grow in complexity and power. We are here to break barriers and enable our clients to tap into a vast pool of knowledge and connections far beyond their immediate industries.
“Our vision is to create a space where meaningful collaborations lead to unusual ideas, unusual ideas become innovative solutions, and innovative solutions reshape the entire food industry.”
Our Founder
Estefania Simon-Sasyk
Chef / Strategic Consultant / Futurist
Estefania is a Michelin-trained chef with a passion for transformation. She has led kitchens across Asia, South America, and Europe, but her desire to make a broader impact led her to become a food innovation and foresight practitioner. She’s collaborated with organizations like the WTO and IDB, tackling critical issues such as health, sustainability, and regional economic development. But she has also worked in product development, bringing new ideas to the market. She holds a Masters degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Management from HEC Paris.
Daniel Riveong
Strategist / Foresight Practitioner / Educator
Daniel is an award-winning futures and foresight practitioner with over a decade of experience turning uncertainty into strategy for international organisations. He has facilitated workshops, led research, and built capacity on multi-stakeholder projects across Asia and Europe — from Indonesia and Laos to Finland, Spain, and San Francisco. He has collaborated with organisations like FAO, UNICEF, UNDP, and the EU-JRC on issues ranging from climate-resilient food systems to demographic decline and non-dominant futures. He studied Future Studies at the University of Houston and Strategic Decision Making at Stanford.
